Plus, I think people have the right to give away something they bought - to friends or family, as a gift, or in the case that the buyer cannot attend. Is it a valid trade-off to stop the re-selling market? OK, and it could still work if the theater would allow you to call and put the ticket in another name. Classic Stage has been requiring will call, but they've never asked for ID when I've been there.
But when the ticket seller is promoting their own re-selling system, I don't think it helps. |
