Written by the guy behind "House of Cards" and "Ides of March," the play had a premiere somewhere regionally (I want to say in Florida by the same theatre that commissioned "Dolls House Part 2"), but the author is retooling it for Broadway.

The play had its premiere at South Coast Repertory, which is in California, not Florida. Dana Delany played the role Thurman is playing on Broadway. The play is a loose adaptation of La Parisienne, a French comedy from the 19th century.
I've always liked Thurman. Her career doesn't seem to have been too active of late. Maybe she's looking to Broadway for a comeback. I'm excited for Blair Brown--always a welcome presence on stage.
