| Does the producer have to pay the costs to restore the Imperial Theatre beautiful lobby and inside! Wonder how much money this will cost? Also have you seen the huge renovation going on inside the St James. All the seats and carpets have been removed to get the place ready for Frozen. Wonder what color Disney has picked out...blue? | Why would you even raise the question? Why should the landlord pay for it? | |

| yes and the money to do it has been in escrow since before the theatre license was signed. I have heard it is not nearly as much as people might think as most of the alterations are superficial except for the seats that have to be unbolted and rebolted (and the floor and carpet repaired or replaced). I'm guessing the escrow (included in the capitalization) is likely $1-1.5 million but I have not seen the offering papers so that is just a guess. this has all been rehearsed in other threads previously. |
