"Thousands of Flowers" is one of my favorite songs ever. I could never imagine why it was cut from I DO! I DO! and am so glad it lives on via the Lost in Boston 2 CD.

I red somewhere that Gower Champion couldn't figure out how to stage it. It's listed in a playbill from the Boston tryout,; I guess it's the classic "'it slowed down the show" Some of the other songs, on Lost in Boston 2, didn't make past the rehearsal stage.,
