| I bought 2 tickets for Frozen with no problem. My seats are on April 10 Row A front mezz on the aisle. I forget if there is a bar at this theater but I like sitting near the aisle. Hope it isn't a problem because it is considered a premium seat. | |

| I got row J in the mezz on the aisle. Same seat I saw Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum from eons ago. It looked like the rear mezz $109 seats were nearly gone at the performance I selected. The $125, $145, and up were still mostly available. |

| OK- so Please explain this to me as I was confused by this: I went online for Frozen tickets at 10 am Used Safari for Ticketmaster. They would find your seats vs using the "pick you own seats" on the map. $169 seats: Orchestra Row O 105-106. Row S 101-102. etc $227 Premium: Row B Orch 103-104, Mezz: Row A 101-102 or Row A Mezz 103-104 Switched to Firefox for Ticketmaster: Same set-up: They find seats based on price and section: $137 seats Row O 105-106; Row S 101-102 $167 Premium B Orch 112-113 Front Mezz Row A 103-104 $167 Premium Row A 1-3 Same seats. Different Browsers $60 more thru Safari. I understand Dynamic Pricing but this was 2 browsers , exact same time, same seats. Why is that????? Makes no sense! Can someone explain the theory!! |

| Got a "regular priced" seat for $199?!? Row C, center front mezz, for April 3. Just DO NOT understand how people got better seats, for "premium" prices, for lower than I paid. I have a mind to call up ticketmaster and cancel the whole order. I'm REALLY pissed. Can anything be done?? |

| For April 10, I was having trouble on my desktop using Firefox trying to buy tickets. The seat map took forever to appear. But I did click on some seat prices. I switched to Safari which was much easier for me to buy seats on. Buy the price of the seats were the same on April 10 as they were on Firefox. I wonder if prices changes and went up as more seats were being sold. |

| rjprod, was your comparison looking at the exact same date in both circumstances? Also, were you signed in to Ticketmaster on one browser but not the other? | |

| HI I opened up Frozenthemusical on Safari which brought me to Ticketmaster I then did the same thing on Firefox I put in the same 2 tickets. The same date and the same Standard Tickets or Premium tickets And each and overtime, the similar tickets came up on each broker- with two different prices each time Premium was $227 on Safari. $167 on Firefox Same row. Same seats. Same date. Standard tickets: $137 on Firefox, $169 on Safari needless to say- I both them on Firefox and saved money :) I don't get it! |
