| Same here. It's definitely an ATC issue. This is the only site it happens on. | |

| It may be malware on devices that triggers on the kinds of ads we run, but it is not necessarily our issue. I can't look into it unless people email me the data about their devices and browsers, and it would be helpful if people would try the suggested solutions for Apple products first. |

| I also get that same pop up when I am on ATC on my iphone. Terribly annoying because when you close it out, you need to log on to ATC again. It also appears now and again on other sites. But always on ATC and sometimes relentlessly. | |

| This strikes me as likely because the problem also occurs when I'm on Playbill.com, which, I assume, runs very similar (if not identical) ads. And, yes, I'm using an iPhone. I've tried the troubleshooting strategies mentioned in the link you posted above, but they haven't yet helped. |

| You can email me your device name, browser name, and when it happens (reading the main page, messages, when you login, etc.) and confirm that your device/browser software is up to date. Also, exactly what the pop-up says, and can you close it, etc. Also, please confirm that you've looked at the things on this page: |
