It is produced by Ken Davenport, with a book by that awesome book writer Ken Davenport, and though it is not mentioned, with promotion, marketing and everything else he can make a buck off of at the expense of investors, by... Ken Davenport. I have every confidence in the world KD can maintain his record. | |
