| Isn't Wolfe the ONLY member of the Comission NOT to have resigned. I looked at the actual resignation letter and I believe that he was he only member who didn't sign it. Link to the letter is attached. | |

| By the way, I acknowledge the possibility that Wolfe was not reachable for one reason or another with respect to signing this letter and that he might well sign on and resign shortly. | |
