Isn't Wolfe the ONLY member of the Comission NOT to have resigned. I looked at the actual resignation letter and I believe that he was he only member who didn't sign it. Link to the letter is attached.

By the way, I acknowledge the possibility that Wolfe was not reachable for one reason or another with respect to signing this letter and that he might well sign on and resign shortly.

Btw, it's worth looking at the first letter in each paragraph of that resignation letter...
