Assuing this post isn't even half-exaggerated, then it is in fact the Kennedy Center's fault for not managing the situation better in advance -
and as someone else has posted below, it seems they'd be more than obligated to offer a choice of either a full refund, a free ticket for another performance, or (in the case of subscription ticket holders) a pro-rated reimbursement based on the total cost of the season, to any ticketholders who even claim they were inconvenienced.
If hundreds of people were still going through security 15 minutes into the show, I'd expect to hear an official statement of apology issued sometime soon. |
