John Garcia John Garcia is a professional actor/singer who resides in Dallas, Texas, but has worked in Florida, Pittsburgh, and Oklahoma. He has performed with Walt Disney World entertainment in Orlando and has done summer stock (Lyric Theatre Of Oklahoma's Man Of La Mancha as Sancho), regional theatre (Casa Manana's The Odd Couple as Manolo and Stage West's The Promise as Milton) among others. Among his personal favorites: The Texas & Southwest premiere of A New Brain (Richard), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Baker/Simeon), The Compleate Works of William Shakespeare (Actor 2), and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Pseudolus). John was last seen in the critically acclaimed & sold out smash hit of the Metroplex premiere of PAGEANT, the musical (as Miss Bible Belt). John is the author, founder, & editor of THE COLUMN, an email theatre column in which he reviews theatre in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex area, national tours, and broadway, which he attends once a year. He also reports the buzz of broadway, regional, and local theatre news, backstage info, casting, auditions, and so forth-all dealing wiht his passion, the world of theatre.
