I call those "goosebump moments," and yes, there are spots like that one in CANDIDE that get me no matter how many hundreds of times I've heard them.
But my runner-up line is "Dearest, how can this be so? You were dead, you know. You were shot and bayoneted, too." Partly because I did graduate work in history, teaching both the Thirty Years' War and Voltaire to Western Civ students at UCLA; partly because the juxtaposition of the music and lyrics is so perfect; and partly because I'd drive my family nuts singing it. :)
