I saw McCormack in The Best Man. He did a nice job portraying the creepy, possibly closeted Joe Cantwell. He definitely held his own among an incredibly powerhouse cast. He was also very personable at the stage door -- he seemed a lot like Will Truman personality-wise.
I wanted to catch him in The Music Man, but I couldn't make it to New York in time -- I believe he did a 3-month stint. I eventually saw Robert Sean Leonard, who I really enjoyed (but I'm in the minority on ATC about that). |
