I remember that they only had orange drink in waxy Cartons; At my second NYC show, Cabaret, the guy behind the counter said the orange drink was a dollar; I said' it's 50 cents in Boston'. He replied, "kid, this aint Boston" and all laughedt. Ah, how young I once was.
