I was 5 minutes late for SITPWG at City Center last October and was forced to wait outside in the lobby and watch the show on a tiny tv monitor for 35 minutes!!!! And I had an aisle seat at the back of the theatre. The people who worked in the lobby could not have been more arrogant about it.
