I walked past Laura Benanti and Alan Tudyk at around 4:00 Saturday afternoon and assumed they were having a good talk on a break from rehearsal. Seeing them made me consider seeing a show I had had no real interest in seeing. Much as I enjoy Martin as a comic, I don't think much of him as a writer.
Now I just sense a show in trouble. And I agree that Shamos is an odd choice for replacing Tudyk. |
