| I saw it last night too. It’s..not good. There’s a fairly engaging story skeleton, but not one worth 2.5 hours of time, and ultimately it doesn’t seem to have anything new or remotely interesting to say about the US financial system. It thinks it does, which is probably why a 90 minute caper churns on for the extra time. At the end you sort of shrug and walk out. Rewatch The Big Short instead. |
