Horton is very very handsome but I didn't go on any journey of emotional turmoil with him for some reason. Before the final play with Mercedes Ruehl fantastic and Urie much better at the angry scenes and his comedy coming off more successfully I was feeling disappointed and thinking "well no one is winning any awards for these performances". I liked the actor playing David though, Jack DiFalco gave it his all.
I was thinking the same about Michael Urie being typically attractive, there are lines about Arnold being bigger or losing weight and Urie is very fit and trim. All the male cast look like models to be honest, of course for the actor playing Alan that is apt since that is his profession. |
