When did Simon buy the theater? It says online he sold it in 1982 but I can't find a purchase date. He had a lot of plays there for a long time. Looks like Your Arms too Short to Box with God was playing there when Chapter Two opened. Chapter seemed to move from the Imperial to make way for They're Playing Our Song.
