This is just another example of an artist trying to impose his or her "rules" on others.
And another reason why listening to what artists say about their own craft is, largely, a waste of time.
There is quite a bit of artist education that suffers from listening to artists engaging in this sort of "twaddle" [stole it, because I liked it]
