| What a terrible seating chart they threw up on the Ticketmaster Verified site! I kept getting side seating options (H25, L29, J23, M30, etc..) but for those prices, if I'm going to be off to the side, I'd at least like to know if it's an aisle seat! I ended up not buying anything out of frustration and protest. If you're not going to let me pick my seat, at least give me enough details so I know what I'm getting! This whole "take it or leave it" ticket purchasing option is a terrible customer experience. I am all for anything that helps defeat scalpers, but c'mon guys, learn how to do an accurate seating chart! |
