and it was really easy. I used the Ticketmaster chat function. The whole cost of purchase was refunded, including the fees.
I realized I had spent way beyond my budget for seats that I wasn't happy with, and my theater partner was shocked at what I had spent. So I am glad to have had the refund option.
I had missed out on the cheaper ticket options because I was in the 12 noon group. |
