My frustration is that frequent theatergoers who support big shows and small, like many of us here, and who only buy tickets (many tickets) for personal use, are getting shut out by the verified tickets concept. I haven't gotten a code for either Springsteen or Potter. Shouldn't we be the prime consumer of tickets to these shows?
