It's such a strange thing, Ann, I don't know if you've ever experienced it - if there's a joke that I think is a solid 6.5, but everyone around me is giving it the full 10 response, and this happens again and again, the cumulation makes me laugh even less.
I'm so contrary - I've done enough psych research that I know that groupthink tends to draw you in (see: standing Os), but in my case, if there's a sliver of not feeling the same way, I go in the opposite direction. If this makes sense. |
