Breakfast at Tiffany's, Mata Hari and The Baker's Wife all closed out of town. Tiffany's is one of the most notorious bombs ever. He opened two revivals of Oh, Kay! which were terrible. If you look at IBDB, he had plenty of bombs that he closed on opening night or soon thereafter.
