Agreed. I'm disappointed about the Public because it now shuts down "second-tier" members from smaller, shorter-term shows. I don't think we matter at all.
With LCT, at least the shows run longer. I'm assured of a seat, whether it's exactly where I'd like it to be or the date I'd prefer. As Ann said below, I wish they'd show a live seating chart rather than make one keep checking for another seat, but I got through an hour after it all started and I have a seat at a far better price than what will be available to non-members.
Not suggesting that it can't be improved (the phone line is still not working, I believe, which was an issue as I couldn't get to a real computer until 11, and trying on a mobile phone was a total no-go), but agreeing that compared to the Public, it's still better. |
