Did the cast of the LA Sunset Blvd. sign confidentiality agreements?

Isn't it strange that no one has ever really spoken about what happened with Faye Dunaway? Didn't they and the staff rehearse with her for weeks? No one ever spilled the beans about how she was (at least that I have been able to find.)
