Hmm...Gold Mountain, a musical by Jason Ma about the Chinese building the railroad in California, was given a concert version last Saturday at the Times Center. I've seldom seen so many people of Asian descent in a theater in NYC.

The word was "seldom." Allegiance and Miss Saigon are exceptions.
