| when did you see the play the last time? I thought the play was very timely (lol) and kept my interest last night. At the beginning of the play I had a hard time understanding the young female actresses.....the accent with the high pitched voices. I thought Elizabeth McGovern was surprisingly effective and the rest of the cast was first rate. I agree about the set.....a lot of money wasted with little effect. A few pieces of furniture could have changed in a minute or two to show the passage of time. |
