| I saw the tour in '97 when it came to Chicago with Charlotte D'Amboise and Jasmine Guy. It was an excellent production. I saw it on Broadway in 2012 -- it was on a Monday night and there wasn't much else playing on that day that caught my interest -- plus I wanted to complete the cycle of seeing a show in every Broadway theatre. Unfortunately it was a rather tired performance even with Tony Yazbeck as Billy -- I'm glad I only paid for a rush ticket. |
