SYNCING INK (at The Flea theater) is the best Hip Hop musical currently running in NY. I saw it today and loved it. I immediately bought tickets again for next week, as they just announced an extension through next Sunday.
The freestyle rap battle that closes the show blew me away. It is not scripted, and those performers are seriously talented.
Particularly recommended for fans of Hip Hop music and culture (and those who want to learn more about it.) |
