We pride ourselves on DPAC shows running on time, but unforeseen circumstances caused delays with the planned schedule for this event. The show traveled to Durham from Detroit and transportation delays resulted in some of the key sets and staging arriving later than expected which in turn caused the set-up time to run longer than planned.
All of the Broadway shows we host are national touring productions and represent the best and most elite productions in their genre in America. It is after all, live entertainment and when it's live, occasionally things do not go as planned.
We are truly sorry for these unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances and do understand how frustrating the delay was for this exciting Broadway event at DPAC.

I love DPAC, but would note to them that LND is not a "Broadway event". The show has never played Broadway, and may never do so. Who knows? |
