I've been to four shows there and every time the sound was not crisp. Also, there are A LOT of stairs--even to get to the orchestra is a bit of a hike and the balcony is like Kilimanjaro. At MEAN GIRLS, the balcony-level men's room was converted to a women's room at intermission, which was (a) confusing and (b) highly inconvenient as by the time I found the other restroom in the orchestra level, the line was tremendous (as was the line for the women's rooms on both levels). Plus there's no real way to separate the restroom line from the bar line on the orchestra level, so there was a lot of confusion about what line you were standing in. This is not a totally uncommon problem, especially in older houses, but it was a trial. It also led to lots of people still straggling to their seats during the first part of Act 2. (I guess they didn't want the indignity of a hold at the top of the second act in addition to long restroom lines.)

I will say the legroom is pretty good.
