| This report and Peter Marks' review in the Post are spot on. Tina Fey book is well-crafted and very funny, Nicholaw's staging is imaginative, every member of the cast is top-notch, and the projections are terrific and often very entertaining. The places for fixing between now and March: The show lacks (and needs) at least one immediately catchy OhMyGodYouGuys-type song, Act II is either too long or needs to be funnier, and the closing number is weak. I disagreed with carolinaguy on the first three numbers, though, which I thought were super and definitely keepers. |
