I found it interesting that so many obits for Wedgeworth mentioned THREE'S COMPANY, in which she only appeared in a handful of episodes (the show couldn't figure out what to do with her one-note character) while omitting EVENING SHADE, which ran for several years and in which she appeared (I think) over the entire run.
I guess it's because THREE'S COMPANY is considered to be a sort of minor league classic, while EVENING SHADE seems to be unjustly forgotten, despite its powerhouse cast. |
