I didn't like the play as much as the OP. I thought it was okay, but there was room for improvement. I was at the same performance. It was upsetting to have an audience member be taken away. I hope she or he is okay!
After the announcement was made for "Is there a doctor in the house," management confirmed there was one. It turns out that, coincidentally, the theatergoer who fell sick was accompanied by three friends. The four of them had known each other 40 years. And one of the friends is a doctor. (This parallels the plot of four longtime friends getting together for their annual photo session.) |
