I saw it last Saturday from seat B1 - arguably the best seat in the house. At any given time, I was no more than 10 or 15 feet from the action and never had to twist or turn to see anything. Frequently, one character or another was sitting at the end of the table right next to me (or standing on top of it). I was about 3 feet away from Sweeney and Mrs. Lovett when they sang "A Little Priest." Very little of the action takes place in the balcony and though it's a very small house, being on the floor as close to the pie counter as possible is well worth the higher ticket price.

Now that it's been extended through to next May, I hope to see it again - it IS that good. In my opinion, it is next level genius heaped onto Sondhiem's already brilliant musical.
