| Yep, and in memory, it was still pretty lame -- topped by Barry Nelson's raffle of that broiled chicken to show everyone in the audience how happy he was. But Dorothy Loudon had a nice show stopping number in the second act. I think the song was called "Lillian, Lillian, Lillian." Cassidy didn't embarrass himself, but I suspect the role didn't move his career forward, either. And it set O'Hara up to replace her sister in "Promises, Promises." |
