I’m curious to know what you mean. My only other Follies was the Roundabout production, so I don’t have the bases of comparison so many on this board do. Can you elaborate?
For what it’s worth—and, in Follies conversations, it tends to be worth very little—I am still haunted by Judith Ivey’s portrayal of Sally. Her fragility and desperation bordered on frightening. |
