Penny is most definitely NOT a closing number but I'm surprised they didn't replace it to open the 2nd act in the original production.
Then there's the number in the movie for Streisand where she's in her apartment singing? I don't know the name of the song? I felt it slowed the movie down and the song itself is forgettable. They were wise not put it in the show and who knows, Bette may not have wanted anything to do with it? |
