It would not have been the first time--wasn't "Baby It's Cold Outside" a song Frank Loesser and his first wife used to entertain with parties, only to show up in a film ("Neptune's Daughter"?) and then win the Oscar for Best Song? Maybe by 1969 they were stricter about that.
