Sorry that I can't answer your question (I trust others will), but WAAAY back, when Dorothy Loudon did The Apple Tree in Mineola (Long Island, NY), they used the lengthy film sequence from the Broadway production (Barbara Harris, of course).
Loudon bore very little resemblance to Harris, and it was even noted in the reviews.
