I remain surprised that Herman would not be honest about where "Love Is Only Love" came from.
I remain surprised that Jerry Herman never thought his comment about the "hummable show tune" (when he won the Best Score Tony for La Cage aux Folles) would be perceived as a slam against Stephen Sondheim. |
