If this statement were true then there would be a revolution in the publishing industry and instead of publishing the autobiography of Jane Fonda they would publish the autobiography of Hiam Gloph, my plumber. He's just as interesting right? As Liz Smith used to say, "Gossip is just news running ahead of itself in a red satin dress." Who wants to hear the opinions of a nobody? Nobody!
