OP was probably in the first or second row. I was in the second row and I missed a few lines. Guaranteed, the cast's voices did not fully extend beyond a five yard radius.
The first rule of non amplified theater productions is to project. Obviously, they were reined in by RN. It's not a closet or phone booth space. He was way too married to his style to give a damn about the audience.
That said, great play and entertaining cast. I was immersed and enthralled. |
