Noting also that the Old Vic's investigations subsequent to the Rapp allegations coming out saw another 20 reports of misconduct, all of which were not dealt with at the time and which had pretty much been swept under the rug at the time they occured. How do you know that Rapp didn't attempt to deal with this privately, potentially repeatedly, and get basically ignored by Spacey? You don't.
If you do something using the "proper procedures" and the proper procedures repeatedly betray you, what alternatives do you really have? |
