Kind of, is the best answer. David Yazbeck had it for download on his site a while back. It was never commercially available, and I don't know why. You may try contacting him through his website to see if it's available from another source. It's a solid recording if a bit less bombastic than the Broadway recording. It has Iván's new song and a couple of others have been tweaked or excised altogether. Enjoyable nonetheless. Check out the info at the link below.
