Yes. The lawsuit is against seven casting offices that have insisted that producers sign the Teamsters union contract, even though there has been no conclusion to the collective bargaining they tried to instigate. BinderCasting has sent out a letter (see below) stating that they will no require producers to sign the Teamsters contract.
