One person may think a lyric is clever, another thinks it is stupid. I have friends who argue over Sondheim rhyming in America, Manhattan, with "smoke on your pipe and put that in." Some think it is super clever, others say it is a forced rhyme that makes no sense, reversing the saying "Put that in your pipe and smoke it."
