When Ethel Shutta sang Broadway Baby at the Sondheim concert(OrigInally released on A DOUBLE LP), at the end of the line "slavin' at the Five and ten', she shouted CASH! , to a big laugh from the audience. "cash" wasn't on the OBC so I've alway assumed that it was Miss Shutta's own ad-lib. Does anyone know for sure?
