| Oldest is easy. That was George Abbott, who in 1987 directed a revival of the play Broadway, originally produced in 1926, which he had co-written with Philip Dunning. That revival opened on his 100th birthday. I have no idea who was the youngest, and it might be tough (probably impossible) to determine that with any certainty. |
